Dr. Billy took the time to listen, educate and inform throughout our visit and I cannot thank him, and the nurse there, that listened as well, enough. They are amazing and actually take to time to talk with you and learn themselves about what is going on with you as their patient. Even the lady at the front desk was very helpful and sweet! From start to finish it was a great and easy experience. If you’re looking for an urgent care clinic that actually cares and does not rush you back out the door this is them! They are amazing and have the experience and knowledge to back it up! Again cannot thank all of them enough!

This was my first time visiting Swift Urgent Care and I was in and out really quickly. The staff was super kind and helpful. The receptionist gave me stickers for my son she was super sweet and so friendly I had a great experience.

Love Swiftcare! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It’s very clean. Appointments are easy to make on line or over the phone, you can also walk in. The wait is very short and the physician sees you quickly, listens to you, makes great eye contact and provides excellent medical care and information.

The most professional and family friendly Urgent Care. I'm living in Carrollton but drive 30 mins just to be treated by them. They absolutely know their work.. I have tried two urgent care but they cannot stand a chance this team.. always go the extra for you!!

Billy the NP who examined me during my visit was EXCEPTIONAL! As a healthcare provider myself who unfortunately has had plenty of subpar medical care, I was very appreciative for his bedside manner! He provided explanations/research for the level of care he advised prior to knowing I was a RN (reflects his authenticity) and assured I was on board for said care plan BEFORE implementing orders. To me, that’s patient-centered care! Billy if you see this, I want to thank you again for staying true to the oath we take as professionals! You even mentioned that oath of doing no harm which was in the context of simply prescribing meds that wouldn’t be beneficial to the ailment I was dealing with but instead provided options that would do good! Thank you sir and I hope I don’t have to come back but if I do for anything, I hope I get you as my provider. God bless!

SwiftCare Euless is the best urgent care facility we have ever used . Consistently good service from competent medical and office staff. Quick and efficient. Edit for Recent visit: More of the same. We consistently have a good experience at this facility. GREAT staff!

Everyone at swift is good and friendly. PA Billy always takes care of me and gives me just what I needed to get to feeling better! The receptionist is also always so helpful and great! The nurse here is also caring, gentle and so helpful! I will always go back as long as these people are there!!!

Our experience here was awesome! :) Could not have been better. This was my daughter’s 2nd sick visit in 2 weeks and I wish we would have come here first. Nurse Practitioner’s Alex, Summer and front desk staff were all great. Thank you!

Wonderful service. I will be back. After a difficult experience at a different urgent care I went to Swiftcare. From the front desk staff to the provider they listened to my concerns and I was treated a high level of quality care. The provider was caring and knowledgeable and shared that knowledge with me throughout the appointment.
